1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dn99 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by dn99, you expressly or implicitly agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. If you do not meet this age requirement or do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must leave the platform immediately and refrain from completing any registration or transaction.
Dn99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version in effect.
2 Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of dn99 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised access resulting from failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform
- Never share your login details with anyone
- Log out of your account when using a public device
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
- Update your personal information whenever any changes occur
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the dn99 platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to manipulate games
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Cheating or manipulating the bonus and promotions system
- Using another person's account or sharing accounts
- Registering false information or an unauthorised identity
- Ensuring all registration information is accurate and up to date
- Complying with all applicable bonus and promotion terms
- Being responsible for all transactions made from your account
- Reporting any technical issues to customer support
- Use the platform for personal entertainment only
4 Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the dn99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including local e-wallets and bank transfers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and obtained through legitimate sources. dn99 reserves the right to verify the source of funds and request supporting documents where deemed necessary for financial compliance purposes.
- Minimum deposit: As indicated in your account page, based on your chosen payment method. Amounts start from RM 10, subject to the payment method selected.
- Processing time: E-wallet deposits are processed instantly; bank transfers within 30 minutes to 1 business day.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days upon verification. VIP withdrawals are given priority.
- Bonus terms: All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Violation of the terms may result in bonus forfeiture.
- Transaction cancellation: Processed deposits cannot be reversed except in the event of a verified technical error confirmed by dn99.
Dn99 is not responsible for transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Any charges or fees imposed by third parties are entirely the user's responsibility.
5 Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The dn99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. dn99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.
In no event shall dn99's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.
Account Suspension & Closure
Dn99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, breach of these Terms, suspicion that the account is being used for illegal activities, multiple account registrations, or failure of identity verification. Any balance in an account suspended due to fraud may be forfeited by dn99.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software on the dn99 platform are the exclusive property of dn99 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from dn99.
Third-Party Links
The dn99 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. dn99 has no control over such content and accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of those third-party services.
6 Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Dn99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the dn99 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
